A tip on departure would be greatly appreciated by the staff. Guest access An off road 4x4 vehicle is essential for access to Nascer Do Sol. The popular 360 Degree Bar/ Restaurant is on the estate (withing walking distance) Campismo Nino Bar / Restaurant is right next door to the north with access from the beach. Golden Beach Bar / Restaurant is next door to the south. Other things to note Power cuts are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please make use of the LED energy saver lamps, sit back and enjoy the ambiance. For those rainy days, or evenings when everyone just want to relax after a fun filled day on the beach, DSTV is available. There is also a mini hifi - guests to please bring USB with their choice of music. Cellphone reception is a challenge which can be a blessing in disguise. Signal is generally available at 360 Restaurant when needed. Mozambique sim cards and data can also be purchased in the local market in Ponta Malongane at reasonable prices. The Estate uses borehole water which is usually brackish in colour, which is safe drinking water. The water available at taps in the house goes through a 3-stage filtration process to further assist with its clarity. However it is advisable to bring bottled drinking water. Please note we make use of a septic system, don't flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper. Please bring 1 x ply toilet paper. Guests must bring their own consumables e.g. (food and liquids, sunlight liquid, washing detergents for clothes, mosquito repellent, 1 x ply toilet paper etc) Keys to the unit can be collected from the Reception office at Vista Alta Estate after 2pm. They should be dropped off again on date of departure between 8am and 10am. On collection of the keys a R10000 Cash key and breakage deposit needs to be paid to reception. A form with your banking details as well as your contact details needs to be completed. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted off this deposit. The balance will be refunded into your bank account 3 to 5 days after departure.
