The space The private bedroom features a Queen bed comfortable for two people, mini fridge stocked with a variety of beverages, dresser, and full size closet. Great outdoor space to enjoy - front porch and rear deck with gas grill. Living room features a large projection TV with cable and electric fireplace. Guests have access to free wifi, laundry washer & dryer, full use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, one full bathroom with a tub/shower, and all outdoor space. Guests may also use off street parking and park in the drive way. Interaction with guests is based on guest comfort level. I enjoy meeting new people and am happy to give tips on things to do nearby. Or, if you prefer you can have as much privacy as you would like. Great for people who like the small town feel, yet you're still just 5 minutes from all that Fairmont has to offer including Fairmont State University and many restaurants, salons, and shops. Close to Fairmont Fitness and Healthplex (both with pools) and available for daily access. Short drive to Morgantown, Cheat Lake, Cooper's Rock and Clarksburg. Quick access to I-79 which takes you north to Morgantown or south to Clarksburg. Owner has two dogs.
