The Ranch at Branford, Ichetucknee Springs

The Ranch is a historic property in the heart of Florida's Spring country. We've created a farm experience near the Suwannee, Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee rivers In "Hatchbend", named for "Hatch's bend in the river". This includes the entire farm - all access! Two boat launches within 3 miles, 8 area parks within a 25 minute drive. The Lodge is luxurious with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas and a large open kitchen. Jacuzzi in rear off the deck. 6 adult guests maximum. The Original FLA! The space Guests have access to animal feeding activities on this large private property, including nature walks along the grass airstrip. We've added new adult bicycles, and fishing gear for the kids. Experience a night sky like no other! Campfire circle and plenty of natural dry wood. Plenty of parking. Our quiet neighborhood is surrounded by farm operations. High Springs with its antique shops is also nearby. This area hosts festivals during the seasons. Our winters are crisp with nighttime frosts occurring. Hot beverages included, or bring your own Kuerig favorites. The kitchen is fully appointed. There is a four person spa off the back porch for your use. Small dogs, less than 20 pounds, in non-shedding breeds are welcomed. Please note---Large, aggressive, or shedding breeds cannot be brought into the home. There will be a $50 cleaning fee if dog hair is found during cleaning. We try hard to avoid this extra charge issue! Guest access This property borders our former Bed and Breakfast operation, now a cooperative with the Ranch, and you have "All access! " This leaves over 40 acres to freely roam----not including the nearby peaceful country roadways. We even supply a greeting bucket of "Cow candy". Beautiful walks, parks, and trails surround our paved access right to the driveway. Explore! Other things to note Nearby Branford, Florida is our "market town" with good restaurants, services, a health club, and general shopping. It's a 10 minute drive from the Ranch. It also hosts "Ivey park" at a lovely spring with picnic tables, boat ramps, and other attributes. Our nearby public boat ramp is also a county park - only 3 miles, a great place to wade and swim. There are numerous County and State operated spring parks nearby! Bring your boat. No dangerous rocks below Branford.
