Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit. The space The hill house is a thatched roof studio apartment, it has: -King size bed (doesn't split into 2 beds). -Bathroom: shower with hot water, (shampoo and body wash, towels, toilet paper). -Kitchenette: refrigerator/ freezer, gas stove, coffee grinder, electric drip coffee maker, pots and pans to cook simple meals, ground coffee, seasonings, olive oil, pepper and salt. - 1 standing fan (NO AC) -Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cool box. -Satellite Starlink internet. -Tap water is treated and there is a Faucet-Mounted drinking water filter in the kitchen. -Parking on site. This unit doesn't have hair dryer, microwave, toaster, T.V. or any high voltage appliances and nothing not mentioned in the listing. Other things to note Cabo Pulmo is an off the grid little town. The solar system in the property is strong enough to run the appliances in the house, have some lights on and charge devices, but hair dryers or high voltage appliances are not allowed to use in the house as they can damage the solar system. Other possible natural encounters! ​Yes, besides the underwater encounters that you might have, chances are you'll have some classic Baja/tropical critters in the house; such as hardworking ants in the kitchen if you leave your chips unattended on the counter top, some crunchy roaches, scorpions (double check your shoes, they love dark/humid spots), spiders and friendly gecko lizards. PLAN YOUR TRIP! Cabo Pulmo midnight is about 9 pm, most restaurants close kitchen at 8:00 to 8:30 pm during high season. Cash is king in Cabo Pulmo and in MXN pesos. USD is accepted but be prepared to get different exchange rates. WE DON'T HAVE ATM here. This is a remote town and here you WON'T find: -Gas stations -Pharmacies -Laundry facilities -Supermarkets Chedrahui Selecto and Soriana are the closest markets to the airport in San José del Cabo. There are 7 restaurants available in town with different working hours offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most prefer cash! The last gas station (Pemex) is in La Ribera, is across the street from the last bank/ATM (Banorte) along with the last modest grocery store on the right side of the highway, El Rey. Cabo Pulmo has two very small stores offering a very limited selection of products; like drinking water, eggs, milk, wine, beer and some snacks and on occasion; fresh produce.
