South Beach Studio! Free Parking NO Cleaning Fee

You have a queen size bed and a futon bed. Free parking is provided on the street outside the building. My apartment is SIMPLE, clean, comfortable and very peaceful. The space This apartment is in a unique, old, perfectly preserved and maintained original style building that South Beach is famous for. You have a high ceiling, windows all around and lots of light. What's special about this place is the tranquil ambiance, while being right next to the South Beach action, and the location a block from the ocean. The apartment is quiet, airy and peaceful in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. My place is BASIC, NOT FANCY!Please look at photos before booking!! There is no TV This is a 3 minute walk to the beach/ ocean. The studio is next to my apartment and there is a door in between which is locked.. It is technically part of my place but independent with it's own entrance. Guest access There is no kitchen in the studio but there is a microwave, a small fridge and a coffee maker. There are also plates, cups etc. There is no elevator you have to walk up to the third floor. Parking is street parking!! Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs.. My place is simple, basic and clean. Please don't book my place because of the price and expect a 5 star hotel !! I welcome kind, respectful guests, if you fit the description you are most welcome. If not please stay somewhere else! Check in after 6pm. NO EARLY CHECK INS.
