Set right on the beautiful Deer Lake, this vacation House is a two story house built to host larger families and groups. Designed with comfortable, modern furniture, art work, and decorations, this house is both vibrant and tranquil. This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 10 people. Relax and do some outdoor grilling while you enjoy the waterfront view of the Deer Lake on the large, spacious, furnished deck. Follow the boardwalk down to your private pier to enjoy fishing in the lake. The space The Allen House features a glassed in sun room with ample seating to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the house. The outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill allows you to unplug and enjoy nature traditionally. Guest access This accommodation is a part of Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort, an 850 acre working horse ranch in East Texas. Featuring 2 large lakes and several ponds for fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Over 15 miles of trails to explore via horseback, offroad XUV's, hiking, or biking. Escape rooms, paintball, roping lessons, pony rides, and more. Other things to note Your next adventure awaits! Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort has so much to do during all four seasons of the year. We offer a variety of rentals including UTVs, jon boat with trolling motors, mountain bikes, stand up paddle boards, live action escape rooms, hay rides, paintball, lil explorer ranch class, natures craft class, horseback riding, and pony rides. Complimentary items include fishing, treasure hunting, bicycles, swimming, kayaks, pedal boats, basketball, volleyball, playgrounds, beach access, roping lessons, hiking trails, guided hikes, horseshoes, sightseeing, bocce ball, paddle board yoga, bird watching, petting zoo, and more! We do offer activities for you to enjoy during your stay. We need at least a day's notice to ensure we have a guide in place. You can see the schedule online at our website. You are more than welcome to book online or give us a call and we can book it for you. We are off the beaten path, Verizon is the only cell carrier that works consistently at the Ranch. Wifi is provided in some areas. Please note that we welcome up to two pets for your trip. We charge an additional $35/night for each pet. Check in is from 3:00- 5:00 pm. If you will be in after 5:00, let us now, we can arrange an after hours check in.
