A large comfortable house in Coconut Bay with 4 large en-suite bedrooms & 4 bathrooms with magnificent sea views where you can relax on the enormous porch & watch the whales. The house is 500m from the beach & fully serviced. It is SAFE & guests can enjoy the surrounds with peace of mind. The beaches are out of this world and there is diving fishing, snorkeling, restaurants & a mini supermarket close by. Moz is world renowned for its diving. "A little piece of paradise" guests have said. The space The house is ECO friendly and off the grid with many braai areas, solar power for lighting & charging of phones. All appliances are on gas. The borehole is tested regularly and provides safe drinking water. There is generator back up if necessary. The house manager will switch on the generator for you. Guest access Guests are welcome to use everything in this fully equipped house. It was put there for them!! They will have access to all the grounds and any children's paddle pools, and outside cooking spaces (braai) . Other things to note Enquire with host about discount for children between 2 - 12 years old. There is an airport about 40km from the house. LAM flies direct from Joburg 3x a week. We can organise pick ups if you require. Note: The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The cottage on the same property has 1 room and 1 bathroom and is also off grid.
