Loft in Chicago

SPACIOUS 2 BDR (6ppl) apartment within 10 minutes of popular landmarks, UIC, Medical District, McCormick Place & Downtown Chicago! The apartment is fully furnished with all appliances and has hardwood floors with plenty of light!  No Smoking please! The space My loft is very spacious and it has a lot of light! Hardwood floors, marble countertops, large windows make it very pleasant to be home! Laundry is inside the apartment and usually only for guests for 7 days or more - please put small-medium loads with HE detergent only! All appliances are from Whirlpool! Dishwasher in the kitchen is convenient if you are hosting a dinner party! Garbage disposal is in front of the building across the street. The living room can get a bit noisy for some when train passes by - some guests that slept in the living room asked me to add this detail. I got used to it - it's not too bad if windows are closed. Use the back of the building to enter the apartment! The bedrooms: One bedroom has a king size bed and one has a queen size bed. Both have closets and large windows. There is a queen size air mattress available for 2 additional guests. Each bedroom can easily accommodate 2 people, the two couches in the living room can be transformed in single beds. Ideally, not more than 6 people occupy the space, but if needed, it is possible to accommodate 8 people. Guest access Please read the house manual regarding gate and building access.
