The 2 bedroom apartment has been completely restored as an airbnb. You are steps away from great shopping, food, music and nightlife. The apartment comes with a parking spot but you won't need it. The apartment is approximately 1300 square feet and has a very nice layout with huge kitchen, formal dining room, large king bedroom and large queen bedroom. The apartment has all of the great features of a Victorian apartment (large rooms, hand-carved details, fireplace, kitchen nook, reading nook, formal living and dining room, kitchen and 2 nice sized bedrooms. The bedrooms are located in the middle and the back of the house away from 6th avenue. No smoking, parties or drugs. The Aphrodite apartment is NOT DOG FRIENDLY however the upstairs Venus apartment is. May not appropriate for small children because of the antiques.
