South shore of Lake Nipissing, on a 2 acre private point surrounded on 3 sides by water for lake views throughout property and house. Sandy beach with shallow calm waters perfect for small children on one side and deep water swimming hole perfect for a refreshing swim on the other. Most common activities from the property include boating, shallow water wading/swimming, deep water diving/swimming, fishing from property, canoeing, fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and a large lawn for games. The space This house is located approximately 3 hours north of Toronto. Guest access You will have the entire property. Other things to note Please send a message to me about booking prior to sending a booking request. We have our own private contract to personalize and process before any booking can be made. This usually takes only a day but if you send a booking request it expires within 24 hours - which is usually just a little too fast for us to complete the contract, send it to you, sign and return it. When a booking request expires it can hold up your pre-approved funds for a couple of days - which then delays the actual approved booking process. Its a complicated Airbnb process that cannot be altered so its best to message first until we are ready to process.
