Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment/Home for a family (6-8)

This is a newly build house in 2021 (end of season) with 4 portions. One of the portions with separate entrance/access is up for rent. The property has 2 big rooms, kitchen, dinning and a huge lounge. The property has an open valley view. we are very easy going but there are rules that you must stick and adhere (nothing complicated). Suitable only for up to 6 guests MAX. - NOTE :parking is on the main natiagali road (usually safe) and to access the house you have to walk down around 100 meters. The space - Master bed with Attach toilet - Second Bed with Attach toilet - Open kitchen (kitchen will not be operational if the stay is leas then week). - Dinning room - Lounge with Firplace (Firplace operational only in winters or when its very cold). - Huge terrace with chairs Guest access Guests have access to terrace and also the garden . Other things to note - ONLY for Families - No smoking - keep place very clean - No littering in the apartment - surrounding or anywhere outside. - No shoes inside the apartment please. - No noise or loud music.
