The space The Orchard is a budget-friendly studio overlooking a garden of fruit trees and herbs. The studio has a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, induction plate, small air-fryer, microwave and other essential kitchen supplies. The studio is off the grid and has a smart air conditioning system, smart tv with Amazon Prime & Wi-Fi to make your stay more comfortable. The studio is pet-friendly with a private enclosed garden perfect for guests bringing adventurous pups along. The covered patio has an outdoor dining area and gas barbecue, right beside a fire pit with comfy seating. Listen to the birds visiting the lush garden. Let your dogs explore the fynbos on a walk around the farm. Experience magical starry nights around the fire. The cottage is a short stroll away from our shared pool area where guests can relax and enjoy views of the lake and mountains. Enjoy magcal walks on our short farm trails where you and your dogs can run free on our sandy fynbos covered dunes. Equleni borders the Wilderness National Park, so guests can walk straight from the farm to visit the nearby bird hide or hike along the Cape Dune Molerat Trail. Conveniently located between Knysna and George and just outside of the Villages of Sedgefield. & Wilderness. Although we are on a farm we have the comfort of a tar road all the way to our front gate. Guest access The whole farm is yours to explore! Enjoy our beautiful farm trails, let your dogs run free on the fynbos dunes, relax by the farm pool overlooking the view, or explore the neighbouring Wilderness National Park. Your studio is a private, peaceful space, and no one will disturb you during your stay. Your own transport is essential, and there is a parking spot available outside your cottage. The farm is just off the N2 along a 2km newly tarred road. Other things to note 1. The farm runs on solar power (no loadshedding!). 2. We are pet-friendly, and this unit has a fenced-in garden to accommodate canine guests. 3. This unit is close to our work area, so every now and then you may hear our team working quietly nearby.
