Playa Maculis has been recognized as one of the top secret beaches in El Salvador, with walking access to rock pools, fun waves, and amazing sunsets, located in the Department of La Union. The space Our beach house has 2 floors. The bottom floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area, 2 hammocks, and direct access to the beach from the patio, where you will also find a small charcoal grill, lounge chairs, and a small jacuzzi-type pool with a beach view. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. Other things to note There are nearby restaurants that we recommend like Rancho Don Clemente and Maribel Hotel y Restaurante, and there are small convenience stores with limited supplies a short driving distance away too; however we recommend you acquire food and groceries for your trip before arriving since this is a more remote area of the country. Please remember you are staying in a remote area of the country and can encounter local wild and domestic life, such as cows walking down the beach, lizards and geckos, chickens, beetles, etc. During rainy season (May-October) it’s mosquito season, so it is recommended to bring repellent.
