Lime Garden Villa - located in a serene and tranquil environment. Lush , spacious and ever green lime garden is situated on 9 acres of secure property 150 meters away from the beach. The Lime Garden Villa offers its guests a rare combination of privacy, space, and choice between self-catering or chef on site facilities with direct access to the best activities that Zanzibar has to offer. The space Our house is tucked away in a botanists’ dream; our extensive garden is home to lime trees, frangipani, bougainvillea, crotons, neem and mango trees, hibiscus, papaya, palms—royal, coconut, and finger palms, aloe vera, to name a few. If you’re lucky, you’ll also catch a glimpse of the Sykes monkeys and small, colorful lizards that live on site. The partially ocean-facing apartment (Bahari) was constructed with our guests’ comfort in mind. The wifi-equipped apartment is spacious, and includes (2) double, ensuite bedrooms, AC, an in-room safe, a mosquito net, and large, comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished (coconut wood) living room, which has a large shared balcony with the next door apartment Kisiwa . In the Bahari apartment, one of the bedrooms has an partially ocean-facing, private balcony. There is a kitchenette, which is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave , utensils, coffee machine and essential items. We understand the importance of the little things that might be a hassle to travel with, and have equipped the kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. Your bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries; toilet paper, shampoo, soap and body wash and bath towels. In addition to the , completely self-sufficient apartment, we invite our guests to make use of the swimming pool. With a depth ranging from 0.6 to 1.7 meters, and small children’s pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and Chill Out Banda and Pool Lounge , we have found swimming pool area to be the perfect chill out spot and nook for reading, having juice or cocktails. The Barbeque Banda is an outdoor dining area, with a BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven . A hearty breakfast is served at the Chill Out Banda and it is included in the accommodation rate . Not in the mood to cook? We are happy to arrange lunch and dinner for additional cost through our private, on-site chef at your convenience. Guest can choose from our menu which offers selection of snacks, pastas, seafood and local dishes . For our guests who like to relax at the pool our chef can prepare cocktails , mocktails , beverages and our signature refreshing all natural lime juice. The Pumzika Hut is designed for guests who like to practice yoga or easy morning stretch . As well we can arrange upon request a relaxing massage session with our local spa masseuse. Laundry service is also available upon request and for additional fee.
