This super cute cottage fits 3 persons. Prepare your food in our private kitchen. Use all the facilities on the wider property: wake up and dive in the swimming pool; meditate, do yoga while facing the volcano; peddle to the other side of the lake; heat up in the sauna, cool down in the lake; observe the stars during the night from the Jacuzzi, make a fire in the cottage before going to sleep. Please note that the lake side facilities are across the street. Less than 100 meter from the cottage The space The kitchen built with colonial doors and pillars is yours alone. From this covered kitchen and with a view to the lake, you can prepare your barbecue, or just zip a glass of wine while observing the sunset. What highly adds to the value of this cottage is the huge garden and the access guests have to all shared facilities at the lake front. In the rainy season, the roofed outdoor kitchen is full of flowers and attracts hummingbirds. They fly in and out! In the dry season, the roof might not have these flowers and leaves. The cottage is located in La Posada de Santiago. ''La Posada'' is a small community with some 10 cottages and a restaurant. All properties have different owners. Casa Luna is situated like all the other cottages at the upper part of the property. The lake side facilities are across the street and shared between the various cottages. Please note, that from Casa Luna to the shore of the lake it is about 100 meters. Guest access The cottage, covered kitchen en garden are all yours. The facilities at the lake from are for the use of people from the other 10 houses. Since most people do not live permanently on the property, normally, you can expect to have lots of space and tranquility. Other things to note 1. NO PARTY IN LA POSADA Please note that la Posada, and none of the houses are allowed to have parties. We have strict quiet time rules: 10pm to 8am. The community does not allow amplifiers, nor shouting, nor excessive drinking. Not even before 10pm. We don't want to ruin the experience of others and don't think that others should be disturbed by noise of neighbors. If you want to be outside and continue talking loud, please go to the dock or the Palapa at the lake side. Please tell us AND BEST THE GUARDIAN if you are bothered by the noise of others. However, although we try to control noise volume of La Posada, we have little control over the noise that comes from other houses around, or from the village or the street. Especially during holidays and local festivals you can hear noises and fireworks. 2. You are in NATURE and in a SUBTROPICAL environment. This means that you may encounter insects. None are dangerous. Our Cleaning Stars do all to have insect free houses, but these creatures are small and sometimes enter without our permission!! We ask for your understanding. 3. Please note, that from Casa Luna to the shore of the lake it is about 80-100 meters and you have to cross a road. 4. In the dry season the roof of the kitchen is not covered with leaves nor flowers.
