Exclusive villa in the SW / 45 min to Reykjavik

A family second home, built in 2006. Very exclusive. Located in South West of Iceland, approx. 45 minutes from Reykjavik - in the beautiful valley of Skorradalur. A 220 sq meter building with four bedrooms. Acres of nature to enjoy exclusively. Fishing for trout a possibility and a brand new geothermal hot tub for guests to enjoy. The space Located 18 km from Borgarnes, where you will find all the major services you would expect from a small community (swimming pool, petrol stations, bakery, discount store etc.). Approx. 80 km from Reykjavik and approx. 80 km from the beautiful Snaefellsnes peninsula. Hraunfossar, a beautiful and unique waterfalls are approx. 35 km away and Deildatunguhver, a highly active geothermal area, approx. 25 km away. Guest access A holiday should be fun. We therefore have installed a hot tub with 100% geothermal water, an outdoor barbecue, a trampoline, football- and pool table. The pool table is not a competition version, but allot of fun. Other things to note Lake Skorradalur is 18 km long. The lake is cold, although some find it refreshing to dip in on a hot summers day. Fishing for trout is included in the price. The hot tub is set at 40 degrees celsius, and has 100% geothermal water. Kitchen refurbishment is planned in the autumn of 2016. Having said that the kitchen is well equipped, comfortable and produces great food :-)
