The villa is just 20 minutes easy drive from Dunns River Falls and Ocho Rios and other famous attractions. 5 minutes drive from the popular Plantation Smokehouse and private Richmond beach and Rebel Salute & other events Guest access Guests have free access to the communal pool, gym, club house, children's playground and tennis court. You will have free access to the Richmond private beach and any of the delightful park areas on the Coolshade complex. The house is available to named reserved guests/visitors only. The names must be given at least 2 days prior to arrival. No additional people are allowed. The maximum capacity is 6. If you have more friends or relatives that wish to visit you, there is a Country Store with a cafe, sports bar and outdoor dining available to the public on the Richmond site, but outside the security gates. We are required to give the names and government ID of the people booked to the security department. There is public transport throughout Jamaica in shared taxis and mini buses or private chartered taxis. Also, the Knutsford Express is a luxury passenger bus company offering safe, reliable, comfortable, and cost-effective scheduled services from convenient locations on Jamaica's north and south coasts including connections to Portland, St. Mary, and Negril. Other things to note Strictly, please do not bring additional people into the villa during your stay. If you are considering having friends and relatives visit you, book them in, up to the maximum house capacity of eight total guests and visitors. All guest's and visitor's names must be submitted at least two days in advance of arrival as they have to be given to security. On arrival, security will match the government photo IDs with the names given.
