Visiting for work or a holiday, we offer you a spacious, clean, self contained studio. Free airport transfers (not on the weekends). Three-stage filtered water is standard. Wifi internet access (free) available. Suitable for a single or couple. Kitchenette has a fridge, gas cook top, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, basic cutlery & cockery. Private bathroom, and shared laundry. We are dog friendly but prefer ours only. No pets. Back yard is totally enclosed and private. Linen is provided. The space Studios are available on either the ground floor or the first floor. Let us know your preference at time of booking. Guest access Parking on site at $6 per day. Studio is air conditioned plus a ceiling fan. Separate entry for complete privacy. Other things to note Smoking only in car park. We have six other studio rooms in the building so noise should be limited when late and early. No loud music or noise after 9:00 pm.
