Urban Oasis is a one-1 bedroom private (non sharing) loft bedroom. The loft bedroom has a private balcony facing a private lush landscape including fountains and gazebo. The unit is extremely comfortable and private for maximum of 2 guest adults. The Los Angeles City Ordinance sets a maximum of 2 adults per rental unit. The unit includes Direct TV with premium channels. WIFI has a very strong signal due to extension in the unit. The space Note: Cleaning and Sanitizing: We thoroughly clean each rental unit spaces using Lysol and/or Clorox anti virus and bacteria products. We sanitized all surfaces including all high touch surfaces such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches. We wear protective equipment, like a mask and gloves while cleaning. We also provide extra cleaning supplies so you can clean as you stay. NOTE: Your space is equipped with an AIRFREE air purifier 24/7 which destroys airborne viruses, bacteria, allergens and other airborne microscopic particles. Offering a spacious private, non sharing one (1) bedroom Loft bedroom unit at the rear of the host’s residence which sits on approximate 1.5 acres of private wooded land. The Guest Suite or Apartment) is suited for 2 persons which is the maximum allowed per Los Angeles City Ordinance of a maximum per rental unit of 2 adults. The private living space is approximately 700 square feet with your own controlled A/C and Heating. There is an open floor plan on the first floor providing a full kitchen with new appliances. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a dining table with four (4) chairs The living room also contains Satellite TV with premium channels. There is ample closet space on the first and second floor. Off street parking is also included for one (1) automobile. The Loft Bedroom on the second floor has a Private Bathroom, a queen size bed and a Balcony/Deck with a view to the lush garden with tropical plants and gazebo. There is a separate laundry facilities (sharing with other guests) includes FREE WASHER & DRYER on the premises for your use. There is Free WIFI access as well. The property is located on a safe and quiet street bordering the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Highland Park, Eagle Rock, South Pasadena, Pasadena (Rose Parade City) and Glendale. Occidental College is just a few minutes away. We are approximately 15 minutes (5 miles) from metropolitan downtown Los Angeles which boasts many attractions such as; Walt Disney Concert Hall, Performing Art Center, Olvera Street (part of El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument) and Old Chinatown to name a few of the attractions. Our property is situated at a trendy neighborhood centrally located near Occidental College, Universal City Studios, The L.A. Zoo, Gene Autry Museum and many more attractions. The neighborhood is building a reputation as a Mecca for artists, with trendy shops, galleries, bars and restaurants opening throughout the area. A number of shops selling vintage clothes and boutiques offering hip home-décor accessories and restaurants/cafes have also opened along York Boulevard which is approximately one (1) mile from our property. Note: Upon arrival you will find your unit thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with cleaning supplies on hand so you can clean as you stay. NOTE: In addition your rental unit has an AIRFREE AIR PURIFIER that destroys bacteria, viruses, allergens and other airborne microorganisms up to 650 square feet. We are LGBTQ friendly. Guest access We love our wonderful neighborhood which is a mixture of a diverse cultural population with many popular and trendy stores as well as many restaurants. Our property has a large back yard with a covered dancing floor and a basketball hoop. Our neighborhood is completely safe for walking and or jogging. Other things to note The private guest unit is really great and suitable for two (2) people. There is only one-1 Bathroom and it is upstairs on the second floor bedroom.
