The space is a good fit for a person who is not a gourmet cook but enjoys light and quick convenience cooking, since the living room area has a wet bar /mini-kitchen (with microwave convection oven, two burner induction stove top and regular apartment sized frost free fridge but no real built-in oven). Very convenient to Philadelphia's downtown business area, City Hall, Kimmel Center, Rittenhouse Square, Graduate, Kaplan Prep Course School, Jefferson & Hahnemann Hospitals, The University of the Arts, Pierce Business College, bus, subway, Speedline, public transit, local laundro-mat/dry cleaner, Sporting Club and Bally's gyms. This apartment suite is completely private, however it is accessed through a common hallway which is shared with other suites in the building. The other suites in the building are off limits and there is no common room / nor any need for one since the apartment suite is equipped with modern television. Other things to note The pull-out loveseat pictured in the living room area has now been replaced with a daybed, so a third person can sleep in the apartment on a real twin bed mattress.
