Bright, well lit, exec apt fit for work, family visits or film crews, ~1200 sq ft. A few blocks from Starbucks, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highlands, Freedom Park, Inman Quarter, The Beltline. Each direction you turn will find yourself in a different neighborhood full of bars, restaurants and shops. In Atlanta these are called terrace level apts which means walk out basement. Off street parking for 2 vehicles only, otherwise message host. Street parking available. Main level is my home. The space Begin with off street parking behind the home for 2 vehicles ONLY unless coordinated in advance. Enter through your own private entry into the foyer hallway. As you enter you will see 2 large carpeted bedrooms with dresser, bedside tables and ample storage space in the closets. Continuing down the hall you will see a work space before you enter the open concept living room with huge screen and projector for hosting meetings or watching your favorite movies and remote controlled electronic black out blinds. Across from the living room is the round metal top dining table which can seat up to 6 (with 2 extra chairs located in the queen bedroom). Behind the living room is a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals at home and then the large full bath with washer/dryer and combo shower/tub. Stainless steel appliances fridge, stove and dishwasher in the kitchen with plenty of pots and pans for cooking as well as microwave, toaster and Keurig. Enjoy a meal or cigar outdoors or make s’mores at the wood burning fire pit! This property was built in 1918, prior to the invention of insulation. You will hear footsteps from time to time. This property is located within the city of Atlanta, a big city. You may also hear vehicles, neighbors and birds. If you desire an oasis of privacy and quiet please consider booking outside the city. We are happy to offer late check out or early check in if we can work around our other guests' schedules for $10/hour. Guest access Guests will have full private entry access to terrace level apartment. The private parking pad in the back is shared between the The C Suite and The Innman, my residence. Other things to note If anything goes wrong during your stay with appliances, electrical, HVAC etc we have a trusted network of professionals to assist in a timely manner.
