Minutes walk to the train, shop, restaurants and the river. Bikes & helmets available to ride around town and on the Croton Aqueduct Path. Freshly renovated with a private back porch, fine linens and Aveda products.The Yellow House East Wing is located on the first floor on the East side of the house. There is a two bedroom apartment on the west side of the house as well as 5 individual bedrooms with access to shared bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The apartment is very private and locks off from the other areas of the house. Shared washer and dryer is available in the basement that can be accessed through the main entry of the house. Added 1/12/23 - freshly renovated full bathroom in laundry room! Feel free to use this after a bike ride, hike, gym or if you’re just looking for another private bathroom. Enjoy! Note: at one point there was a oven/range in the kitchen (shown in photos) but sadly village code does not allow this to be used with a bed and breakfast permit that I’m required to have so it has been removed. There’s a microwave/toaster oven and you are welcome to use the full kitchen upstairs that has a gas range & oven. There may also be mention in reviews about a grill - that has also been removed and sadly not allowed by village :(
