At the Hoeperhof we offer an apartment with a large garden in an idyllic rural environment in Höperhöfen/Bötersen. In our lovingly furnished apartment, our guests will find peace and coziness. You can use high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi and LAN free of charge. Shopping facilities can be found in the local village shop, in Sottrum, Rotenburg or Bremen. The highway is a few minutes away. We wish you a good stay in our apartment. The space Quiet location. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a small guest toilet. For cozy hours, there is a living room with fireplace. A large TV is provided. We have the following sleeping options: In the bedroom a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a small couch (for one person). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is also available. In the garden we have provided a comfortable seating area. Pets can be brought along. The cost is 7 euros per night per animal. This can be paid directly at the property. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms in the entire apartment. You can also use part of the garden. Other things to note Dear guests, Please observe the following rules for a pleasant and smooth stay: Arrival/departure: Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am at the latest. On the day of departure, the tenant must remove personal items, dispose of household waste in the designated containers, and store dishes clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards. The apartment is to be left swept clean. In the event of excessive soiling, the renter will be charged for the increased cleaning costs. The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the rental agreement. Changes are possible after consultation.
