Zen Den Suite (2 Rooms, 600 S.F), LR/Office & BR

Large 2 room suite (600 S.F.) tastefully decorated, Zen style, in a Cape Cod on a quiet street (actual address is Hellertown) 1 minute walk to Lost Tavern Brewing (live music), short drive to Steel Stacks, Wind Creek Casino, Stabler Arena, historic Bethlehem. Lost River Cavern is a pretty 10 minute walk through a park. Guest suite includes outside patio, pellet stove, office space, wifi (one tap access), SlingTV, dvd's. The bathroom, patio, gym, & yard are shared with myself and my dog Spud. The space Recently updated from a room to a full 600 square feet suite (back half of my home). Note: I prefer to meet you and introduce you to my senior dog in person. If that's not possible I have a key lock box on the back door. My dog will be behind a locked door so interaction is not necessary if you'd prefer not to. My home is a relaxing, calm, quiet and comfortable space to return to after working or visiting all the local area has to offer. My dog, Spud, is very friendly and lovable. There is a small gym (dumb-bells, bench with Olympic bar, dip station, fitness balls) and an Alexa device (use "Echo" rather than "Alexa" to have it respond). I have a patio with solar lighting, new furniture and coffee table. The suite contains a 55" T.V., Polk Bluetooth soundbar, Roku (SlingTV, Prime, Pandora, Hulu), Wi-Fi (one tap access), tons of movies on DVD. The office area has a wireless cell phone charger and an "L" shaped glass top desk with comfortable leather swivel desk chair. There is a 10" Android Tablet with bluetooth keyboard for your use. The suite sitting area has a leather dual reclining sofa (handles are on the sides), ceiling fan, air conditioning, acoustic guitar, professional quality dartboard, a full sized (7' tall) armoire with hangers, coat/hat rack. The suite outside doors have magnetic screens to let in the breeze. There is an ironing board and iron in the bedroom (behind the door). There is a locking door on the bedroom and bathroom as well one at the end of the hall that separates the suite from the rest of the house. Interaction with my dog is entirely up to you. I can keep him completely separate. If you want to interact simply leave the hall door open or close it for total privacy. Spud will come say hello if the doors are left open. The bathroom door locks from the inside and cannot be opened from the outside when locked. Turning the handle from inside releases the lock. Wi-Fi access: The room includes a Wi-Fi porter. Please tap the block (android) or flip it over and scan the QR code (iPhone). The network name and password are also printed on the back of the block. NOTE: for winter stays (of more than 1 day) I will need to access the room to refill the pellet stove. I will, of course, arrange this with the guest so as not to disturb anyone. Guest access Lock box with door key is at the back door (next to the garage). Parking is right in front, there is plenty of space to park. Just follow the walkway around the left side of the house through the patio to the door at the very rear of the house (next to the garage). I will send the code before arrival. The key will open both doors to the suite (side door past the patio and back door with lock box). Please come and go by the back door. There is a key lock box for which there is a 4 digit code. There are outside lights you can turn on when going out for the evening. The switch is in the bedroom by the door. Please turn them off when turning in for the evening. During your stay The house is large enough for privacy. The bathroom is shared so we may encounter each other. I don't plan to socialize but I and my dog, Spud are friendly. I also work in town so I am always available if needed. If you've met Spud feel free to grab a beer in the kitchen fridge and say hi. Otherwise reach out to me if you would like and we can meet, if not your stay can be completely contact free. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE/CIGAR SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. I host only non-smokers. I am 420 friendly but outside only please. I prefer to meet you and introduce you to my dog. If you don't want to interact I will do my best to keep him separate but please understand some interaction may occur as we have a shared bathroom, yard, patio and gym area. For total privacy please keep the door to the suite closed. You will not meet Spud unless you want to, he is restricted to the front of the house while we have guests, unless you choose to meet him. Spud may bark if I am not home when you arrive, just say his name and he'll calm down. He is very friendly and loves to meet guests who are open to it.
