This new construction apartment features an oversized kitchen island and a slider with views of Downtown Sarasota. Shared amenities include: a gym; sunset deck; massive roof deck with a pool; gazebo with big-screen TV, fireplace, and wet bar; a dog run; and access to the adjacent Cowork office space. The space Guests are encouraged to read the BOLD Airbnb handbook when they arrive. It includes additional information about use of amenities, WiFi access, and check-out procedures. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the BOLD Lofts apartment building plus business hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) access to the adjacent BOLD Cowork office building (1680 Fruitville Rd, 3rd Floor). Other things to note Parties are not allowed and the building’s quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am must be strictly observed. No parties or illegal activity (including but not limited to drug use, fighting, unsafe activity etc.) Violation of any of the above mentioned rules will result in immediate termination without a refund. We do require that those traveling with pets notify us prior to arrival. Lastly, we will do our best to accommodate early checkin and late checkout, if we are able to so.
