NOTE: we offer a savings of $50/night if just one couple is staying and only using one of the bedrooms (the other bedroom will remain empty). Send Tina a note and she will update the price after booking the accepted. ADDITIONAL NOTATION: The lake access is Smith Park located nearby which offers a swim area and boat launch. Parking adjacent to the main driveway. Private entry through the front porch/door. Access to our historic family library, please browse but put items back where you found them. Many games available for a fun evening in. You will find a folding card table in the corner and 4 comfortable dining chairs that can all be set up in the main entry for dining or game playing. Tina and Eric will normally be on site and on hand should our guests need anything. Located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and steps from several wineries including Hector Wine Company, Leidenfrost Vineyards and Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards Winery. Toni's Diner is just around the corner for a hot breakfast or lunch. Several options are available to enjoy the wineries without worrying about driving. Please visit the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and/or the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce websites. There is limited Uber and LIFT. We provide coffee and tea, a small refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. Cups, glasses, plates, bowls and silverware are provided. There is dish soap and a drainer provided for our guests to wash and put away any items they use during the stay. Guests can bring in food from any of our wonderful local restaurants. August/September/October Note: It's harvest time in Finger Lakes Wine Country that is accompanied by certain unique sounds that help us protect the grapes from predators (like deer, birds, turkeys, etc.). These sounds happen during daylight hours and may include bangs from propane cannons, bird distress calls, etc. We hope you understand these noises help protect our livelihood and that you won't find them too disturbing.
