A quick escape to an amazing stay. Immersed in green tropical vegetation, our unique, tiny Guesthouse is where we usually host our visiting family and friends from out of town. It is also open to Airbnb guests who are visiting Greater Orlando! Perfect location to escape from the hustle and bustle of a big city, yet close to everything. Take advantage of its availability and join the great experience our guests are always talking about. The space Our beautiful private Guesthouse is newly renovated, with a modern design kitchen and furniture throughout the house. It is uniquely designed by our neighbor, Jerry Izsak, one of Disney's Architects, who implemented a Cabin feel to the space in a studio-style floor plan design. The wide beams across the cilling, the nooks, the angled walls and floor, and wide windows that open to the garden provide a unique architectural experience to our guests and an overall intimate and tranquil atmosphere indoors and outdoors. The living room faces a private wooden deck surrounded by tropical greenery under wide tree canopies. The sleeping area is separated from the living area yet open, studio style, and provides a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet packed with shelves. The living room's sofa folds out into an additional single bed. Parking space is allocated for a guest’s car. Also provided is a free Wi-Fi connection, local cable TV, access to media streaming, A/C, and a heater. Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided too. The kitchen has a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, Nespresso espresso maker, refrigerator, sink, pots & pans, plates and flatware, and cooking utensils. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest's stay. Guest access Our Guesthouse is a dedicated space solely reserved for our guests. Guests are provided with a door code to enter the unit for a self-check-in. The guest parking space is well-marked with signs when entering the driveway. Upon arriving at night, there are sensor lights installed above the paved parking area, along the walking path, and at the entrance patio. There are Cafe' lights installed as an additional light source outdoors. Two steps lead from the sidewalk to the entrance patio. Other things to note Like the center of a diamond, our Windermere guesthouse cottage is located in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, only twenty minutes away from each landmark: Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Downtown Orlando City, Historic Winter Garden, and its Crooked Can brewery, trendy shopping centers, and gourmet restaurants. It is within walking distance of the famous Yellow Dog Eatery in Gotha. We’d be happy to offer any advice regarding directions, travel options, restaurants, or sites to visit. The Guesthouse is located off a private path road in a quiet residential neighborhood mature landscape jungle style, with lots of greenery, butterflies, and birds.
