***Extended stays offered.**** Perfectly located 5 mins from I-81 and Hollins College, 10 mins to airport , 15 mins to downtown and hospital. Hiking/Biking trails on Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Pkwy. All the conveniences you need and close to everything in a very quiet county neighborhood. Grocery shopping minutes away. Park for children within walking distance. The space Our home is very comfortable. The main level (which is ground level) is about 1000 square feet and has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and Smart TVs, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed and TV with antena channels (please note these are not recommended for adults), a bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room and the downstairs is about another 700 square feet with a large bedroom that includes a queen sized bed and a ROKU TV and private bathroom. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom there is a bedroom with a twin bed (no TV), an office with desk and chair and the laundry room. We have a Coffee Bar so bring your favorite coffee flavors but we have enough coffee to get you started We have internet and smart TV's but we only have antennas for the basic channels. You can access your Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon accounts, etc for more entertainment options. Guest access You have access to the entire home including the efficiency downstairs. Other things to note We do accept dogs but unfortunately not cats. There is a place to select that you're bringing a pet and how many (so please indicate the number of dogs coming). Please be mindful that while pets are accepted they are NOT allowed on furniture or in the beds. Children are welcome but please note that the house is not child friendly. For example the blinds have cords, the furniture is not bolted to walls, there are no outlet protectors, etc. SUNDAY CHECK IN could be as late as 6:00 however, if we can have it available earlier we will let you know. Check with me before making your reservation starting on a Sunday to confirm the check in time. The bunk beds/trundle in the upstairs bedroom aren't recommend for adults. They are designed for children and so aren't very comfortable for adults. We are not responsible for any accidents resulting from the use of the bunk beds. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES-INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF HOME. There will be a $250 fine if this rule is broken. The driveway is located on the side of the house. This is a corner house, the address (reflective numbers) is on the mailbox on the side of the house and a glow in the dark address stake is located in the front of the house. The driveway fits 4 cars and there is no street parking allowed. Please be aware that I have check-in time until 11:00 pm. You are welcome to check in as late as you want but I can't be responsible if you have problems getting in. I've never had a problem with someone getting in OK but in the event there's an issue I can't guarantee my availability. There is a wood burning stove but it is not functional and there is a $500 fine if used at all. When making your reservation please don't forget to include how many pets will be with you. We also offer to take care of everything so you don't need to follow the check out instructions. If you choose not to be bothered with stripping the beds, taking out garbage, etc just let me know ahead of time and I'll add $50 to the cleaning fee and you can just take your things and go at check out.
