My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!It’s minutes away from restaurants, shopping and all kinds of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown, 3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There’s also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.The apartment is on the second floor and has it’s separate entrance.For our guests we offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap which are animal cruelty free The space You will love this place because it’s clean and cozy. It has its own private entrance, AC, it’s own thermostat so you can regulate the temperature by your desire. It has two very spacious bedrooms, nice living room with comfortable couch, chair and rocking recliner chair. There’s a Smart TV so you can enjoy all kinds of programs and movies. The apartment has full kitchen where you can find everything you need for cooking. You can also find there a coffee maker, toaster , electric tea pot and as a complimentary there is coffee, creamer and spices for cooking. If you prefer to have a nice dinner at a restaurant you can find several very nice ones right on Mahoning Avenue, just turn right and a minute away it will be Upstairs, great place with delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. A little further you can find couple Italian restaurants, Ruby Tuesday, several pizza places and all kind of fast food. There’s also JCPenny and Walmart about 5-10 minutes away. If you would like to enjoy time outside, Lake Milton and Lake Berlin are just 20-25 minutes away. And we’ll try to do our best to make your stay comfortable and happy. Guest access The door for the apartment is facing garage and there is a sign Blue Shutters Inn on the left side of the entrance door. Other things to note Because this apartment is on the second floor and the second bedroom is on the loft you have to use stairs so please take it into the consideration when you book this place.
