Just a few minutes from Camelback Ski, and decked out with a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a hot tub overlooking a babbling brook, this is the escape you've been looking for! **MUST HAVE 4WD/AWD FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS** LOCATION I The A Frame is tucked in the woods with privacy from the neighbors, though you will see other houses. It is in a small community of vacation homes on a lake (no swimming). There are grocery stores and restaurants about 10 minutes away and are really practical if you need to run out for supplies. FIREWOOD I Please bring your own firewood if you plan to have a fire in the wood stove. Bundles are available at local grocery stores, hardware stores and gas stations for about $6. LINENS I Bed linens and one towel per guest are provided, as are a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. HOT TUB I The hot tub is up and running year-round so you have it for relaxation whether you're coming back from the ski slopes or a mid-summer hike! Please bring a couple extra towels if you’re gonna be in and out a lot! BEDROOMS I The main living area is an open plan connecting the dining room and living room, with the master bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. KITCHEN I The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, baking essentials, etc. We have a drip coffee maker and French press. Coffee and tea are not provided. Please bring your favorite ground beans! GRILL | Propane grill provided in the backyard! PETS | We are a dog friendly home and can host up to two dogs for your visit with a few extra house rules: 1) no dogs in beds (strictly) 2) no dogs on furniture(as best as you can) 3) not advised upstairs (for their safety - steep hardwood steps) 4) not to be left alone at the house unless crated **Please let us know if you plan on bringing any pets - we have additional house rules listed above and a standard fee of $20/dog/day)** **If you are new to AirBnB and have no reviews, please include the following in your request: 1) the name and age of the primary renter (this should be you!) 2) if you plan on bringing any pets 3) a few details about your group (friends getaway, family with kids, etc.)** **Our home is available for stays of 30 days or longer** The entire home is available to guests during their stay. You can contact us if you need assistance or have questions during your stay but we will not bother you otherwise! You will have free rein of the entire home and yard. We are available to support you by phone or text message and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions. We are a 100 meter walk from our community lake (NO SWIMMING), with a pavilion that's great for picnics. There is a nice grassy field with a playset and basketball court as well! Best to have a car - the Poconos are best accessed with your own set of wheels. It's highly recommended to have 4-wheel drive in the winter months. TRASH : We offer a trash bin for guest use as a courtesy but expect everyone to share this reasonably. We make no guarantee you will have space in the can. Trash pickup is Monday morning. If the bin is full guests are expected to take any other trash away with them at the end of their stay. Any leftover bags are charged an extra $10 each by our trash pickup service and this fee will be passed on to the responsible guest. FIREWOOD : is not provided. Please grab a bundle at the local grocery store if you plan to have a fire in the wood stove. HEADCOUNT: Our home can accommodate 6 guests maximum, including children. Our base rate is good for up to 4 guests, and additional guests are $25pp.
