Cozy Cabin in the Woods: Pine Creek Escape

Whispering Pine is home to the original home that was built here in the 1940’s. The remodeled inside has two bedrooms. Our cabins have full kitchens, stocked with china, silverware, pots & pans. The backyard sits high on a bluff overlooking Pine Creek. There is private lawn furniture, a fire ring & grill outside. If you find yourself inside you can cuddle near the gas fireplace or watch tv. The cabin is also equipped with wifi. You are sure to leave Pine Creek feeling relaxed & refreshed. The space There are three cabins on this two acre property. Each has their own parking, outside area facing away from the other cabins with a fire ring and charcoal grill. There is a large grassy common area to be enjoyed by all guests. If you ever feel like leaving this oasis, directly across the street are 364 acres of wooded pines at White Pines State Park. The Park has several miles of trails, fishing, playground equipment, pavilions for a cookout, full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and gift shoppe. If you are staying midweek, check out the dinner theatre matinees that are held in the Lodge, every other week. There are several other state parks in the area including Lowden State Park, home of the iconic Blackhawk statue. Check out things to do in the area for a longer list. Porcupine DOES NOT allow pets, if your furry friends are critical to your experience, please consider Knotty Pine or Whispering Pine. Other things to note There is a $35 per night pet fee for up to 2 dogs. This is not included in your total and will be charged after booking.
