Enjoy peace, privacy, and the charm of the countryside at the renovated Chalupa Za Vraty in picturesque Jevišovice. Here, a traditional atmosphere is combined with the comfort of a modern place to stay. The cottage features an enclosed courtyard with a covered seating area and a fireplace, perfect for evening barbecues or relaxing with family and friends. The space Chalupa Jevišovice 137 is located in the center of Jevišovice, the smallest town in the South Moravian Region, 15 km from Znojmo and 31 km from Třebíč with its UNESCO monuments. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the cottage (on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms in the attic). In the enclosed courtyard, there is a covered seating area with an open fireplace and the option to barbecue. There is also a small sandbox, a swing, a solar shower, a ping pong table, and a foosball table (only in the winter season). Free Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available in the building. There is a sports complex about 200 meters from the accommodation, where you will find a soccer field and a tennis court with an artificial surface, two beach volleyball courts, and a playground. A short distance from the accommodation, you will find a grocery store and a drugstore open 7 days a week. There are also several restaurants and a café nearby. Heating The cottage is heated primarily by a fireplace stove with heat distribution to all rooms. For your comfort and peace of mind with heating, we will provide central heating for a fee. Transportation, parking Parking for 2 passenger cars is available in the yard. Not valid during the winter season. Staying with pets is only possible by prior arrangement and requires a fee and a refundable deposit. The minimum fee for a pet stay is 500 CZK. From the 4th night, a fee of CZK 150/night is charged. Dining There is a restaurant in Jevišovice where you can comfortably have lunch or a good dinner. Alternatively, you can visit the surrounding villages or towns. Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, Třebíč, Znojmo. Alternatively, you can buy groceries at the local supermarket and cook something delicious at our cottage. Excursions, Attractions, Entertainment Among the attractions, we can recommend the Old Jevišovice Castle, which is open to the public, the New Jevišovice Castle and its beautiful castle park, the Hussite Memorial on the Žalov Hill, and the Jevišovice Dam. Nearby is the Boskovštejn Bicycle Museum, as well as the most important pilgrimage site of Hluboká Mašůvka, and you can't miss the royal town of Znojmo and the surrounding wine-growing villages. Swimming is possible at the Pohoda Únanov Swimming Pool, the Hluboké Mašůvky Swimming Pool, and the Louka Municipal Swimming Pool in Znojmo. You can also swim in the natural waters of the Jevišovice, Výrovice and Vranov nad Dyjí reservoirs. The entire area around Jevišovice is connected by a network of bike paths that will take you to the above-mentioned places. Guest access Bedrooms and rooms The cottage has two floors – the ground floor and the attic. On the ground floor there is: a cozy living room / bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a utility room and a staircase leading to the attic. In the attic, there are: two bedrooms – one with a large bed for three people and the other with two single beds and two extra beds, a second toilet in the living attic, and a relaxation gallery with a bed with an extra bed and a children's corner. Sanitary There are separate toilets on the ground floor and in the attic. There is also a bathroom with a shower and hot water on the ground floor. Cottage Amenities The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, a convection oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and other kitchen equipment. Bedroom - the living room on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs are equipped with a TV. In the enclosed courtyard, there is an outdoor seating area with a grill and a kitchenette - not available during the winter season. Other things to note The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days and more than 14 days before check-in, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before check-in, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If the guest does not show up for the stay, they will be charged 100% of the total price. >30 days = free <30 days and >14 days = 50% cancellation fee <14 days = 100% cancellation fee For one-night stays, we charge an 80% surcharge. The stated standard price includes basic occupancy, i.e. accommodation for 4 people. For each additional person, the standard price is increased by the following surcharges: 5 people +10% 6 people +20% 7 people +30% 8 people +40% 9 people +50% Pets must be arranged in advance. The minimum fee for a pet stay is 500 CZK. From the 4th night, a fee of CZK 150/night is charged.
