You also get the pool, hot tub & entire backyard for your private use. The perfect Bachelorette destination. Perfect for a relaxing retreat, day time gatherings (no loud music outdoors) family gatherings & romantic getaways. The space This cozy and romantic Bungalow is the perfect get away for lovebirds and anyone looking for tranquility, nature and a relaxing space. Centrally located in the heart of North Miami. 10-15 min away from Miami Beach, Wynwood, iSunny Isles, down town Brickell and basically everywhere you would want to visit. A varity of amazing restaurants in the area as well as great shopping. Aventura mall, Halouver Beach and Bal Harbour shops located 12 min away. Very quiet and relaxing enviroment where you will wake up to the birds in the morning and will find squirrels in the patio at any time of the day. Your host Lali also happens to be a professional decorator and event planner. It features: one master bedroom (king bed), living room (pull out sofa), full kitchen (no full oven) but there is new air fryer/ oven that you will love where you can literally cook anything. 2 TVs: one inside master bedroom and second one in the living room. It has 2 beautiful terraces, extremely large backyard area surrounded by large trees, one large pool and the best open air hot tub under large trees that will make you feel like you are in a tropical oasis. It has its independent entrance and it’s completely de-attached from the main house. This is perfect for up to 4 adults but if you have a bigger group please let me know and I will refer you to my other listing. There are 2 parking spaces assigned to the guests for each booking. Please note that there won’t be any other parking available and there is no street parking available. This place is the perfect spot for family gatherings and friends get together however there is a fee per person when booking please book for the right amount of guests. The max capacity to sleep inside the Bungalow is 4 adults and 2 children. If your group exceeds the four please contact your host and let her know how many adults and children in total and we can discuss. House will provide: • New Air fryer/ oven (you can literally cook anything in this machine from chicken, fish to fries, you name it) • Outdoor tables and chairs for as many guests as included in the booking. • pool towels • cooler •portable Bluetooth music speaker • shampoo/conditioner • shower gel •toothpaste • mouthwash • hair dryer • hair straighter (flat iron) • coffee •tea • sugar • coffeemate and more. Ask your host if you have any questions about what else is provided. You will have full access to all the backyard including the Pool and Hot tub which will be for you and your guests only. Your host Lali stays in the main house across the bungalow, which makes it very convenient for you if you need anything while your stay. Always respecting our guests privacy and the entire pool area, hot tub, gazebo, pool and all amenities will be for guests use only while the bungalow is booked. The only shared areas are the laundry room and the front Porch (but you will get assigned parking for you and your guests) If your group is lager than 4 or you would like to have a gathering or celebration of any sort please speak to your host for approval before finalizing your reservation. Your booking includes the amount of guests you paid for. If during your stay you would like to bring anyone else that wasn’t included in the reservation please communicate to your host and arrange payment method and approval in advance. For any additional guests spending the night a $45 fee per guests per night will apply. If your additional guests are just coming for a few hours and not sleeping over the fee per guests per day is $30. All extra guests required approval from host prior to coming in the property. ** *** Gatherings over 4 people & celebrations most be discussed and approved by host*** prior to completing your booking. **Only day time outdoor celebrations allowed** Im here to make your stay unforgettable and I will make sure to accomodate all your needs as long as it’s posible. The only shared area will be the front Porch and laundry room (which is located at the entrance of the backyard).The entire pool area and rest of the backyard will be for guests only. Other things to note Other things to note -Lovers Rock Package (artificial rose petals and artificial candles beautifully decorating the space and a romantic welcoming with your favorite music playing, bottle of champagne, wine or liquor of your choice chilled upon arrival. WiFi for the bungalow and backayard it’s provided as well as Netflix and basic Cable included.
