WiFi is included and free of charge. We now provide premium channels including HBO, Starz, Showtime and Cinemax along with standard cable TV and online streaming content. EV charging is free for the duration of your stay. We provide 48 amp charging via a Tesla Wall Charger. If needed, we provide a NACS (Tesla plug) to J-1772 adapter for free with a $160 deposit. Each house is privately rented by the guest. Houses are not shared with myself or anyone else. Early check is not guaranteed. Office will be staffed until 8:00 PM EST. No one will enter the house once guests have checked in unless for emergencies. There are no daily cleaning/bed-making services. 15 Minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, 7 Minutes from the Fashion Outlet Mall. Free parking up to three vehicles included with your stay. Bedding is provided for the three existing beds. 6 bath and face towels are provided. Shampoo/soap are provided. The 3 beds currently provided are designed to accommodate 6-7 adults. Additional guests can sleep on the existing furniture. Additional fees paid per person includes use of all amenities in the suite and one free additional pillow and blanket.
