Home backs up to lakefront trail for running and walking. Quiet neighborhood. Half way between Duke & UNC. 3 miles from Southpoint Mall. Pet/kid friendly. Must be able to walk down a steep driveway. Bottom floor Airbnb. The space Clean, quiet space on a small lake in a convenient location and near American Tobacco Trail. This is a one-bedroom apartment on the bottom floor of our home. We have a child and pets, so if you may hear foot pattering on occasion. Guest access If checking in at night please use a flashlight to walk down path to apartment entrance which is in the back left of the house. Please remember to lock door when you exit. Other things to note If you are bringing a pet please let us know in advance.
