The space Our Condo is family friendly, has a large entertaining area, living room open kitchen, long bar with four bar stools and a dining table that seats 6 and can be expanded to 8. It's set up for quiet relaxation, or comfortable entertainment. We have a Sonos sound bar and 55" TV in this area. On the deck right outside the large picture window is your own gas BBQ with outdoor seating for sunset enjoyment. Down stairs also has a 48" TV and DVD player for the younger generation to have their own space. At sunset head up to the spiral staircase and relax on your private roof top patio around the fire pit, or step into the Hot Tub and enjoy the sunset overlooking Avila. Guest access Self check in whenever you arrive, but if before normal check in time if 4 pm, must get approval. Other things to note The Condo is multiple levels so there is plenty of space to spread out with the master bedroom upstairs, the queen bedroom down stairs, and the kids playroom/bedroom is the large separated entry. The third floor patio really allows for extra outdoor living, with comfortable couch, Umbrella and hot tub, which we know you will enjoy. 4/9/25 construction of condos behind us is a little loud during the week. They are about 3/4 done of framing. They finish construction each day by 4 PM, so most people are finding that they are out during the day and it is not a problem. Just wanted to let you know.
