The space Gîte Ô Pré is located in the heart of the Norman bocage, in Pays de Bray, 6 km from Forges-les-Eaux, 9 km from Neufchatel-en-Bray, 40 km from Rouen, 45 km from Dieppe, 80 km from Amiens and 120 km from Paris. It is part of a farmhouse located on 1.5 hectares of pasture with a large pond, in an environment of meadows dedicated exclusively to the breeding of horses and cattle. This cottage, accessible to people with disabilities, was created in a barn that has been fully renovated in accordance with best practices, respecting the local architecture (bricks joined in the old-fashioned way and a slate roof). Its environment benefits from the "Natura 2000" ecological classification. The old-fashioned charm of the facades has been harmoniously combined with a modern and functional interior layout. To make your experience as pleasant as possible and to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, here is some important information about using our Spa area: 🕒 Opening hours The hot tub is available from 9 am to 11 pm. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood (and the local wildlife), we would appreciate it if you could reduce the noise volume in the evening. 🛡️ Safety and access Minimum age: For safety and health reasons, access to the spa is strictly reserved for people over 16 years of age. Pool protection: The spa is equipped with a rigid thermal cover. It ensures everyone's safety (especially the youngest) and keeps the water at a good temperature. Please reposition it and lock it systematically after each use. 🧼 Hygiene and proper functioning Mandatory shower: Please take a shower with soap before entering the water to remove any residues of sunscreen, body oils, or makeup (this preserves the quality of the water). Proper attire: Swimming costumes must be worn. Consumption: To avoid any risk of injury and damage, glasses and glass bottles are strictly prohibited around and in the hot tub (plastic glasses are at your disposal).
