The house , Tetmajera View & Garden "is about 3km from the center. It is located at Tetmajera Street, and basically at the end of it, there is only a forest. The place is very atmospheric, scenic, and most importantly very quiet. The garden with an area of 30 ares is divided into two parts, half is for us, and the other part for the facility , "Forest Corner". Between objects, old apple trees grow, which effectively separate homes, creating a lookout and sound barrier. The space The neighborhood around the house is amazing because even though you will feel like you are at the end of the world, in a remote area without any other civilization, you can also quickly reach pizza, Chinese, or any dream oak restaurant meals, as you will be in the city of Dubica all the time. The local very abundant fauna will certainly give you many opportunities to observe unusual species of animals, while ensuring full safety, because the area of 30 acres around the house has been fully fenced. It's also worth noting about the flora, as the building was built next to the land, which was later enrolled in the Natura 2000 program, confirming the unforgettable nature of the area ( about 70% of the property is covered by this program ). For lovers of forest walks on both the crossroads and designated paths, there are many kilometers of trails, and by the way, it's a good idea to bring a basket with you, because the abundance of mushrooms in the season is huge.
