(Creek access is seasonal, as the bank can have loose sand or rocks -- enter during the summer at your own risk, no winter access.) The house is located 14 minutes from the ocean, 17 minutes from Guerneville, 10 minutes from Monte Rio. It is close to many wineries, bakeries, restaurants, kayaking, and biking.
