The home is fantastic for family vacations, a home base for SXSW, ACL and Texas Football games and has been a blast for several Bachelor and Bachelorette groups as well as families escaping for the holidays. There is a mom and pop convenience one block away that sells beer, wine, and essentials. The space This modern 3-bed, 3.5-bath home (2,133 sq/ft) features high ceilings, a spacious open-concept living area and high-end finishes, all just minutes East of Downtown Austin. Beautifully furnished with contemporary decor, it boasts a modern chef's kitchen with bar seating, dining table and white sectional seating around a 65" TV and Sonos speaker system. A convenient half bath is on the ground floor. Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime on all TV's via AppleTV and Firestick. The living room TV has basic cable (input TV) too: Channel 7 (FOX), Channel 24 (ABC), Channel 36 (NBC) and Channel 42 (CBS). Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: - The master bedroom includes a king size bed, projector, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, and a lavish walk-in shower and a balcony. - The guest room includes a full size pull out couch with its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. - The 3rd floor has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, blackout curtains and a TV. The couch on the first floor can be used as a bed and there is an air mattress that is available. Sheets and pillows are available for all. Please note that there is a camera above the carport monitoring the front door and driveway. Guest access We utilize state-of-the-art door locks that create unique codes for each guest's stay, and a full set of instructions with this code and more information is emailed to our guests prior to the reservation start date. Other things to note Guest amenities include a laundry room and carport parking for three vehicles plus abundant street parking. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a keyless lock make your vacation seamless. This is a private residence and home. We have great relationships with the neighbors. Please respect them like you would your own neighbors by reducing noise after 11pm.
