Guest house in the middle of nature!

Experience the harmony of a peaceful environment where nature is the focus. Wake up to birds singing and the babbling sound of the creek. If you want to enjoy a sauna with a cold bath and relaxation and/or a Jacuzzi, these are available at an extra cost. With the forest right outside the door, you are close to hiking trails with both moose and deer. Seek stillness on our spacious wooden deck overlooking the soothing creek. A place for recovery where you can let go of the everyday stress and replenish with new energy in a relaxing environment. The space A cozy guesthouse that is about 54 sqm large on 2 floors. Built on the back of a large garage. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and toilet. One floor up there is a large and cozy bedroom with a 180cm double bed. NOTE: Please note that there is a steep staircase to the second floor. If you have trouble climbing stairs, there is a large and solid sofa bed downstairs that is 160 cm wide. Outside the home there is a large patio deck on the floor which is a lovely place to relax. Duvets and pillows are included as well as blankets. Sheets- duvet covers towels and pillowcases are not included but can be rented if needed for 8 euros per set. Hot tub is at the apartment and can be rented for 40 euros per occasion but discount for more days. It is important if you want to book the hot tub is to let us know beforehand so we can raise the temperature for arrival. Sauna available to rent for those who wish. Cost: 40 euros. We have a TV but no TV channels. Chromecast is where you can stream your content from computer or phone You will be responsible for final cleaning at checkout. Can also be purchased for 60 euros. All necessary cleaning supplies are in the property. If you clean yourself, it's important to leave the apartment in good condition so that the next guest can move in without any problems. Instructions are in binder at the property. Coffee, Tea and miscellaneous seasonings included. Guest access The entire property is available to guests. Other things to note Dogs are allowed. However, not a cat due to allergies. The host house is in the yard. You have your place in a different direction so you won't be disturbed by the different listing. Two smaller model dogs are on the farm who are happy to greet you. Hot tub can be hired at for 40 euros for one day, 60 euro for 2 days and then 10 euro extra per day. A full week costs 100€. The sauna can be rented for 40 euro per day with a discount for multiple days. Firewood is included! To the extent we can, we always greet our guests on site.
