Guest access washer dryer available for your use, detergent not supplied, beach chairs umbrella and beach toys boogie board ect., are available in the garage, beach towels are supplied, in each unit, .Must be able to climb steps to studio , Other things to note The studio needs to be kept clean, for guests staying longer than a week, cleaning supplies are provided, for do it yourself, if you would like the studio professionally cleaned that can be arranged for an extra fee, for monthly stays extra supplies are available upon request, if you are bringing your fur baby, please vacuum regularly , keep pets off furniture , pick up waste in the yard immediately , please hose the grass after dog pees to help protect the grass, would really appreciate that.
