Tulipa is a unique place to relax and unwind. The detached recreational home is located in the bungalow park "De Duinschooten". The house has a sunny garden with lots of privacy and parking. Tulipa is a comfortable colorful house, full of comforts and is located in the middle of the bulb fields (100m), the cozy Noordwijkerhout, Lake Como (200m) and the beach (4km). The cities of Leiden, Haarlem and Amsterdam are half an hour's drive from the park. The space You enter a spacious hall with a toilet, storage cabinet, washing machine and dryer. From the hall, you walk into the living and dining room, which is equipped with a smart TV, sofa and a spacious dining table with six luxury chairs. Due to the many windows and French doors to the garden, there is a lot of light. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen. The kitchen has the following facilities: fridge with freezer, stove, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee maker (Senseo) and a kettle. The first coffee cups including sugar and milk are available in the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and a separate folding single bed. A baby crib is available on request. The bedrooms have storage space. All beds will be provided with bedding upon arrival. Also located upstairs is the new bathroom, renovated in 2024, with a sink, mirror, a rain shower and toilet. A towel package will be ready for each guest upon arrival, consisting of towels, a guest towel and a bath mat. The size of this package is adjusted to the length of the stay. Finally, the house has a spacious garden with a terrace equipped with all comforts, such as lighting, lounge set, umbrella and a dining table.
