Bungalow by the lake ~ 1 block to lake

Come stay in our calming bungalow by the lake. A comfortable, charming and recently updated two bedroom house with nautical touches throughout. We are a block from the lake, a quick 10 minute drive (or $8 Lyft) to downtown Lake Geneva. Located on private Lake Como, a fun, up and coming lake front community that boasts great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We are an easy two hour drive from Chicago and only an hour from Milwaukee. Clean beach, boat launch and parks blocks away. The space The Bungalow Home two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and the rear bedroom has a queen size bed. The rear bedroom is private but does not have a door. If this is an issue for you, this may not be an ideal rental for your group. The backyard features a simple, small firepit (fire wood is not provided) and a charcoal grill (charcoal is not provided) and a small outdoor patio table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is a fully functional galley style kitchen with a drip coffee maker/Keurig, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. We do not supply any cooking essentials such as spices or oils but we do stock all of the basic utensils and cookware needed to prepare a meal. The home has one smart TV and high-speed WiFi. Please note that the smart tv has plenty of streaming options but you will need to log in with your own credentials. Feel free to reach out to us prior to booking if you have any questions. Guest have access to the entire house, deck and yard. Please note there is a Ring Camera at the front entrance and back entrance to the home. 1.) The entire home is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas but please make sure to distinguish your butts safely and respectfully. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost/stolen items. 3.) No more than 4 people on the property at any given time. If additional people are found to be staying at the house the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. 4.) Please do not move the furniture. 5.) Damages are to be reported as soon as possible during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair. 6.) Our home is cleaned prior to your stay. Should you be dissatisfied in any way, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We ask that you do not wait until you depart and then leave a negative review. We will always try to correct any issues so that you have an enjoyable stay. 7.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not allow loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund. 8.) You and your fellow guests (with the exception of families with children) are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed. 9.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our property, if there is found to be a formal event or large party on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. 10.) Our main goal is for you to have an enjoyable getaway. We strive to address any issues you may encounter to ensure you have a great stay! Guest access Guest can use whole house and back deck. Other things to note The Mobil gas station N3465 Highway H sells charcoal and firewood. It is 1 mile away from the house. We do not supply beach towels or beach toys, charcoal or firewood.
