Bedroom with en-suite bathroom: with single bed (with second pull-out single bed), wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Second floor Bathroom: large windowed bathroom with shower and bidet. Bedroom: with double bed, console table, open wardrobe. Bedroom: with single bed (with second pull-out single bed), wardrobe. Basement Laundry area: with clothes rack and washing machine. Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID. Please note that the check-in time should always be agreed directly with the property and that in case of late check-in there is an extra charge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 = 20 euros, from 21:00 to 23:00 = 30 euros. The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
