We offer 2 waterfront homes great views of gunstock mtn and lake winnisquam. You’ll love my place because its located on the western side of the lake with 100ft of waterfrontage. Can not get any closer to the water.A great place to vacation with family and friends you all have your own homes parking bbq grills and boat slips on an acre of manicured land all fully furnished all having own charm swim and fish with permit right out front .. Security camera outside The space We have 2 waterfront homes both year round homes both sleeping 6 each both sit directly on top of the water having own parking BBQ grills patio sets boat slips rent one or both depending on your vacation size sleeps 6-12 Certain pets may be welcome with an extra pet fee of $100 per pet. Guest access Guest need to contact owner for lock box code and send their full name address to receive contracts along with directions/ They will be charged NH 9% tax Other things to note Certain pets may be allowed if so there is an additional fee of $100.00 During Summer time we rent Saturdays to Saturdays check in at 3pm check out 10am unless other arrangements are made. You will need to bring your linens for queen and twin size bedding. bring all trash to the bins for pick up There are bbq grills may need extra propane Please return all keys to the lock box at the end of your vacation There is a new fire pit... Please us with caution. There are no Tents allowed on property.
