Eagles Landing on the Oneida River

This unique private villa is located on the Oneida River only minutes from Oneida Lake. It's the perfect place for a couples getaway, a family vacation or guests in need of a quite place to escape for some R & R...this is it! The property offers beautiful views from every window and has something for everyone. Fishing, swimming, boating and water sports for the enthusiasts. Or just sit on the huge deck, relax and take in the abundant wildlife in the area while enjoying your favorite beverage. The space This updated villa has all the amenities of home in a low stress environment. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The Birdhouse Loft is furnished with a queen size bed and television with a private screened balcony. The newly added first floor bedroom, the Oneida Room, has a queen size adjustable memory foam bed, television and its own private patio. The queen size sofa bed in the living has an upgraded memory foam mattress for a comfortable nights sleep and all bedding is included as well. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower and a urinal left over from the previous owner! Deep water dockage is also available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, yard and deck/dock. They are welcome to use the kayaks and canoe, life jackets are available. We ask that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. Other things to note We are pet friendly but guests must notify us if they plan to bring their pets along. There is a an extra $50 fee for pets, limit of two pets per stay. We ask that the animals stay off of the furniture and bedding. If your pet is shedding we may require any additional cleaning fee for the extra deep clean. If your pet damages anything on the property we will make a claim to AirBNB to pay for repairs or replacement.
