The apartment is divided into: cozy living room with fully equipped kitchenette, corner bench, couch and satellite TV, 2 spacious double rooms, each with additional couch and washbasin, 1 children's room with 2 single beds and washbasin, separate shower room and toilet, large hallway. With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Spend your vacation in the village. Niederham is a small, quiet village surrounded by meadows and fields near Tittling in the beautiful Dreiburgenland. The Dreiburgenland is located between the three-river city of Passau and the Bavarian Forest National Park and presents itself as an idyllic low mountain landscape.
