The grounds around the building and complex are great for kids and exploring, whether sledding on the piles of snow or swinging in a hammock (bring your own) in the shade of the aspen trees. The wrap-around deck is one of the biggest you'll find to enjoy the quiet, beautiful, south facing views of the Sherwin mountains. Other things to note There is room for parking two cars directly in front of the townhome, no long walks from the car. If you need more parking space, we need to approve that in advance. The listed rate and housekeeping charges already includes the combined 14% Mammoth Transient Occupancy Tax and TBID assessment (therefore for every $100 collected by us, $87.72 are the fees and $12.28 are 'taxes' collected from you to pay to Mammoth) sounds wacky, yes, but we're just following the rules. Mammoth TOT license #7943 Absolutely No Pets allowed at the home and No Smoking inside/near the home or on the deck. Service Animals- we make a heartfelt request.... please be truthful about the 'status' of your animal and try to choose a property that is pet friendly. We respect and appreciate the value and need of service animals, however as we use this as our personal home we have family members that are severely allergic. Number of guests specified in your reservation is the maximum number allowed. Penalties for violating these or other rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors. We try our best to make sure that everything is available and working properly, but no amenities are guaranteed and refunds will not be provided for them. This includes, but not limited to: internet, TVs, appliances, utilities, hot-water, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Pool, BBQ, room heaters, etc. Detailed House rules and care manual are in the "house manual" section and also can be sent via email upon booking.
