The property is located in an apartment building, close to the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an entrance on the side of the building. The apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, bedrooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, in the bedroom there is a large double bed and a wardrobe. In the summer (from the end of June to mid-September), guests have access to a swimming pool and sauna located on the roof of the building with a viewing terrace.
